I’m Chris Richardson — a UEFA‑licensed coach, BSc in Sports Science, Coaching & Conditioning. A former cat 1 academy player who has spent part of my football career playing in Australia where my passion was born for youth development. My mission is simple: To elevate young players into confident, creative, intelligent footballers — equipped with the technical excellence, vision, and game‑changing brilliance of a true Maverick 10.
My Football Journey
As a UEFA‑licensed coach with a BSc in Sports Coaching & Conditioning, a playing background in a Category 1 academy, playing experience in Australia and experience working at a EFL championship club, I bring a level of detail, professionalism and care that parents instantly trust.
I understand exactly what young players need to grow — not just technically, but mentally, physically and emotionally. My coaching is built around the Maverick10 philosophy: developing confident, creative, intelligent footballers who can dominate 1v1s, think ahead of the game, and express themselves under pressure.
Every session is purposeful, challenging and enjoyable, blending elite academy standards with a supportive environment where players feel safe to try things, make mistakes and improve.
